Unboxing Steps

Please read the instructions below carefully prior to unpacking your product to avoid damages such as scratches and chips.

1. Tools required: Flathead Screwdriver or a pair of Nose Pliers.

2. There are a number of staples on the top of the box running along the middle and the sides that need to be removed.

It is recommended to use a pair of nose pliers as it will be easier to safely pull the staples out.

3. Make sure all staples are removed, especially the ones on the side, otherwise you increase the likelihood of scratching your unit when removing it from the carton.

4. Once all staples are removed, open the carton and remove the first piece of foam.

5. A plastic tube is placed in the centre to hold the unit and metal tray in place. It is recommended to discard the tube after removing it from the box. Grab and lift it off the piece of foam.

6. Remove the large piece of foam.

7. Underneath the foam, you will find the concrete unit and a metal tray. Carefully lift the metal tray and remove the thin layer of foam.

8. With the help of someone else, carefully lift the concrete unit out of the cardboard box.

9. A bag of decorative media and ground fixing brackets will be supplied with some units. It can be found underneath the last piece of foam.
